Issues with several services on crm.pabau.com (Login/PDF/Video Conferencing)
An issue has been identified where some clients who are trying to login to crm.pabau.com are being re-directed back to the login page page and are therefore unable to login.
Additionally, opening PDF or downloading PDF files are resulting in error. The Video consultation feature is currently showing an unexpected error when loading.
Our engineering team are currently working on resolving the issues, and we will provide our next update at 5.30pm
All issues have now been resolved. Video conferencing/PDF and login are now all working as they should.

The issue with login redirection has now been resolved. You will now be able to login without any further issues.
Video conferencing and PDF are currently still under investigation.
Our team are still working hard at understanding what is affecting several Pabau services. We are now aware that as well as some users being unable to login, additionally, opening PDF or downloading PDF files are resulting in error. There also is an issue with our Video consultation feature which is currently showing an unexpected error when loading.
We will provide an update at 5.30PM, however due to the nature of the investigation cannot currently provide an ETA for all services to return to normal.
